Herbs have always existed for humanity as food and as medicine. Through the ages, we have learned how to use herbs to sustain ourselves, stimulate and soothe ourselves and restore our balance.
Genetically, our bodies know and understand herbs. Our very cells recognize organic, wholesome foods and herbs as found in nature. Our bodies can accept and assimilate these for our benefit. This is in stark contrast to processed foods and synthetic drugs. Processed foods & synthetic drugs have been around a very short time relative to the time we've been on the planet and using herbs. Though our bodies will accept almost all of the junk foods and drugs we take, we do not assimilate these - our cells know the difference.
I believe in the body's own ability to heal itself that it is always moving in the direction of well-being. Sometimes "life happens" and our bodies could use a nudge -- maybe more than that. That's why I teach people how to use herbs in traditional ways to build the body and restore their natural energy and vitality.
Regardless of where you are on the health paradigm, you can improve your level well-being and maintain that as you continue to improve the quality of your life everday.
