I have always been fascinated by how the body works. I've studied, done research and worked with a variety of modalities including speed healing, lymphology, reflexology, sclerology, color and sound.

Over time, I became an Iridologist because I had so many questions about my own eyes. I had a "knowing" early on that there was a lot of information there if I could interpret it. I couldn't find anyone who could answer my questions so I started my own research. Eventually, that led me to Dr. David Pesek at the International Institute of Iridology in Waynesville, North Carolina where I became certified.

I love the simplicity of Iridology --– it's a very non-invasive way to get to cause, to discover genetic predispositions and what may be developing now. We look at reaction fields and what is happening there energetically. An example of this is what is called a "lipemic diathesis". This is a hazy/murky build up around the outer edge of the iris, actually on the cornea. It's a ring of fats and inorganic salts that accumulate. A person is not born with this. This ring indicates metabolic disorders of the liver, bile ducts and or pancreas, suggesting high insulin levels and arterial plaqueing. On a thought and emotional level, it usually has to do with a predisposition toward building a wall of resistance to protect one's self and difficulty in receiving (taking in the good around us). While this won't tell us if that person has diabetes or arteriosclerosis or what their cholesterol level is, what we do know is that if it's in the eyes, there is definitely something going on energetically with the liver, the pancreas, and or the arteries. Next, we look in those specific reaction fields to get a closer to what's going on. Again, this is a simple and non-invasive way to get to cause.

I've had a life-long love affair with natural foods and herbs. It was truly a pleasure to study at the Dr. Christopher School of Natural Healing in Springville, Utah where I received my Master's Certification. Herbology is a major key to having Timeless Natural Health. Learning how to use nutritional and medicinal herbs is extremely important for anyone who truly wants to take charge of their own health care and become "independently healthy".

Longevity is about more than just living a long time. To me, it's really about having energy, vitality and clarity throughout life so we can all live the lives we choose at any age. It's about passing through time without degenerating. Degeneration is a choice we do not have to make.

My own personal choice years ago was to step away from the medical model and pursue Timeless Natural Health using Timeless Natural Wisdom. I've never looked back –and my health is excellent for any age.
